Hope everybody is well and healthy and still do some training to keep fit.
SELECTION CRITERIA for season starting 1 September 2026 till 30th August 2027
Ages of athletes as on 31th December 2027
The following selection criteria will be used to select the Free State teams to the South African Triathlon and Duathlon champions
- 2 (two) league events for triathlon and 2 (two) for duathlon
- Free State champ’s compulsory (if not possible any other champs from another region – submit times before FS Champs)
- Only one sick letter will be accepted in season
- Duathlon leagues will be automatically counts if Triathlon leagues were done

Remember: Only emergency entries will be accepted on the day of the race with a R50.00 add extra. Enter online at www.fstriathlon.co.za
